THE MOTION ECOSYSTEM™
BIG PERSONALITY.
CLEAR SYSTEMS.
SUSTAINABLE MOMENTUM.
I help experienced women entrepreneurs rebuild what got heavy and simplify how the business runs — so momentum doesn’t depend on a perfect week.

Recognition
You probably don't need
another restart.
You already have the hard-won parts. Somewhere along the way the business just got harder to hold — capacity changed, or it outgrew the systems underneath it. The goal isn't throwing out what you built. It's making it work better for the woman leading it now.

The Motion Method
Rebuild → Simplify → Sustain
Rebuild
Founder identity, capacity, and self-trust — so consistency is possible again.
Simplify
Systems, workflows, and useful AI so the business stops living in your head.
Sustain
Rhythms that survive a hard week, a busy season, or a life change.

About Juli
I've never been very good at fitting in one box.
I spent nearly a decade building a brick-and-mortar fitness business. Then life changed — burnout, grief, divorce, closing the studio, moving, rebuilding.
For a while I thought the next chapter meant becoming someone completely new. Instead I found the thread that had been there the whole time: I see how pieces connect, I notice what's missing, and I make complicated things easier to use. Now that shows up through coaching, systems, AI, speaking, and writing.
- LEGO is serious business.
- Yankees fan.
- Simba runs quality control.
- Ted Lasso will come up.

One last thing
You do not need a whole new version of yourself.
You may just need clearer support for the woman and business that already exist.
